Department of Higher Education and Training

DUTIES:

  • Support campus management with administration services
  • Assist in the registration of students Prepare a campus enrollment plan for NCV and report 191 Manage the registration and examination process as well as assist in the registration of students
  •  The maintenance of student portfolios of evidence and student records, the recording of student data, and the processing of student applications.
  • Credits Manage the registration process for students Manage examinations Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence Gather information from departments  (Department of Higher Education and Training)
  • Prepare a report for Campus Management and A TEAM Arrange meetings, conferences, workshops, and other gatherings as needed Manage and coordinate human resource services Coordinate leave forms and submit them to the central office Coordinate PMDS & IQMS documents and submit them to the central office Monitor employee attendance registers and compile duty registers
  •  Provide procurement services, complete requisitions, and receive goods and services for part-time lectures Support the implementation of the college staff programme at the campus level 
  • Verify that goods and services supplied are consistent with the appropriate documentation Maintain a proper filing system Maintain files for all campus staff Filing all relevant documentation in accordance with National Archives Act requirements.
