The Human Resources Graduate Internship 2023 program at L’Oréal South Africa is recruiting and inviting recent graduates to apply. Become familiar with HR objectives, with a view to being prepared for future responsibilities and participating in general HR operations.

  • Maintain HR functions and duties on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding policy issues, rules, and regulations
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Contribute to the implementation of one or several HR projects
  • Participate in departmental activities (meetings, conferences, projects, etc.).
  • Support with administration relating to the Employee life cycle (Attract, Engage, Grow & Exit).
  • Coordinate HR Culture & Employee survey initiatives.
  • Prepare the elements required to ensure smooth running of meetings and draft reports.
  • Support in basic Employee Relations management.
  • Gathering payroll data like working hours, leave and bank accounts.


  • Increasing the use of My Learning and upskilling myself annually – 30 hours of training

Advanced Educational Experience

Obtaining experience in Human Resources is an active objective of a degree graduate.

  • • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • • Logical thinking
  • • Passion for working with people.
  • • Always display a “customer first” attitude
  • • The ability to work under pressure and have lots of energy and drive.
  • A good sense of organization, deadline-driven, and excellent time management skills.
  • Working independently and as part of a team but enjoying working in a team
  • • The ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
