TUT Lecturer Appointed as Acting Labour Court Judge

As an acting judge of the Labour Court of the Republic of South Africa, Advocate Ndivhuho Tshisevhe is a lecturer at the Tshwane University of Technology’s Department of Law.

His approach to dealing with clients and his practice as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa specializing in Labour law is always dedicated to maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality. In his role as acting judge of the Labour Court, he said, “I will continue to do so.”

Advocate Ndivhuho Tshisevhe

The advocate is currently a lecturer at TUT, teaching Labour Law, Practical Law: Procedure, Legal Research, and Writing and Tourism Law. He has a LLB from Univen, an LLM in Labour Law from University of Pretoria, and is currently enrolled at Unisa for an LLD in Labor Law. As a published author and conference speaker, he has given a variety of presentations.

In light of TUT’s recess period and in appreciation of his appointment to the Labour Court as Acting Judge, we congratulate our colleague, Adv N Tshisevhe. ‘We wish him the best of luck in this prestigious position,’ said TUT’s Department of Law head, Professor Dane Ally.
